You might be surprised that starch foods are the answer that you have been looking for, but it worked for me. It will work for you too!

Beyond not working for our meat, most people now consume far more animal protein and fat that our ancestors ever dreamed of eating. This is especially true of people following high-protein diets that champion fatty animal products over healthy whole grains. The human body isn’t designed to process all of that protein, and the high levels of saturated fat are to blame for the out-of-control rates of obesity, heart disease and diabetes impacting our world today.
